I had originally Contacted Ginger, one of the real estate agents that works for The Expert Real Estate Team, I had found a listing online that My husband and I were interested in seeing, Ginger was the contact agent for this home. After speaking with Ginger about the home we discovered it had already been under contract (this was the 4th time we had found a home we loved and found out it was under contract.) She proceeded to ask me if we already had a agent and we did not, so we set up a meeting with Ginger. We were unable to meet during her normal business hours so she stayed late to accommodate us, she answered all of our questions and explained to us in terms and details we understood of the Buying process. After looking at 15 or so houses, We found one we loved but was a little out of our price range as we could not afford to pay all of the closing cost...
