Meet Lorraine Clippinger, a seasoned real estate professional and multi-million dollar producer since the launch of her career in 2003. Specializing in relocations, Lorraine has been instrumental in helping numerous buyers discover their ideal homes in the scenic Upstate region. Her expertise extends to navigating transactions involving lakefront or waterfront properties. 

Prior to her real estate journey, Lorraine spent 25 successful years as a journalist, seamlessly transitioning to the dynamic world of real estate. Her journalism background uniquely positioned her to excel in real estate, and her two career paths often intertwined. While at the Greenville News, Lorraine played a key role in producing the award-winning annual Best Selling Neighborhoods section, recognized with first place by the South Carolina Press Association. She also served as the editor of the annual Guide to Greenville, an essential publication for newcomers to the Upstate, along with other Home & Garden and Business / Housing sections. 

Originally from East Rutherford, New Jersey, Lorraine is a proud graduate of Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. Currently residing on the picturesque Lyman Lake near Greer with her family and yellow lab, she has truly embraced the Upstate as her home.
